I received the sink in a timely manner. I just had it installed in the kitchen and it looks fantastic.

Just received our 3118 sink today with the optional cutting boards and grate. VERY nice looking sink and grate for the price. Please be aware the cutting board picture shows a hole in the center....but that's not what you'll receive. What's provided is an incorrect cutting board with a straight cut through the center. My wife wanted the cutting boards with the hole in the center like the picture shows when we placed our order. This feature was the main reason we purchased the cutting boards with the sink ($55 option). MR Direct explained they don't stock a cutting board with a hole in the center like the picture shows for the 3118 sink. We're thinking about sending the cutting boards back. MR Direct agreed to a 30 day review to make our decision and they would provide a shipping label. I placed our order with MR Direct on Sunday, October 30th and received the order via UPS on Tuesday, November 2nd. Outstanding free delivery and NO tax! I searched the Internet and you can't beat the value MR Direct provides. The cutting board deal is minor and I couldn't justify a lower rating. We're still giving 5 stars to an excellent consumer deal!!!

Not only was the sink I purchased at a lower cost than other suppliers, the service was excellent. I received an unexpected follow up call from MR Direct to make sure everything went well. It doesn't get any better.

This was my first experience with the Mr Direct site and I decided to order based on previous reviews. It seemed the reviews I read were all positive relative to the site and products so took a chance.

Ordered a stainless steel sink on Sunday evening and received it before noon on Thursday. Not only did it arrive promptly, it is of excellent quality and I love it. For only $124. it is one of the best quality sinks I have found. The ones at the big box stores were much more expensive and not of the same guage steel. Haven't installed it yet but don't anticipate any issues in that area. It is going in our laundry/half bath area and is large enough that I will be able to bath our 24 pound dog in it.

I am definitely going to order my kitchen sink through Mr Direct when we reach that stage of our rennovation.

Our Designer recommended MR Direct, and after shopping around locally and online, we purchased the 3118 single bowl stainless steel sink last week. It arrived in only a couple days, and we were blown away at the quality. It is gorgeous, and the web picture does not do it justice. It looks a lot more expensive than it was at $124.00. We also purchased the accessories for this sink which were equally a great bargain for the quality.

This sink is great! It is huge and deep. Our contractor looked at the sink, which is insulated on the bottom, and was very impressed. As he put it the only think missing is the Kohler stamp. It also looks great!

LOVE this sink. I was in the process of installing new countertops and with the reasonable priced sinks at MR Direct, I was able to afford this new undermount sink. It is very large and very deep. Looks so nice and makes a huge impact in my kitchen. I would highly recommend this sink. MR Direct was also great to work with and the shipped merchandise out in a very reasonable amount of time.

I bought this sink for installation in my Son\'s kitchen. I am very pleased with the quality of the sink and thde price was unbelievable. The flange was extremely flat which made for a better undermount application.

Great sink! Great quality! Great price! At least half the cost of other similar sinks on-line and at local stores, and comes with the sink grate which usually costs extra. The basin is quite deep mounted under 3cm granite counter top, so if you're not looking for a deep-set sink this may not be for you. I like this sink because it can hold pots, pans, cookie sheets, etc. unlike more shallow double sinks. And, I can place a small tub off to the side in the sink if I want to soak smaller items (silverware, glasses, cups) before putting them in the dishwasher giving me the one advantage of a double sink.

Very happy with this sink. It is so nice, very big (large and deep). Looks great with my new countertops! Makes a huge impact on the look of my open kitchen/living room.

Received the sink yesterday and it looks wonderful. The price was great and being able to order the rack for the bottom of it was another selling point. I also ordered the basket drain which was recommended by one of your sells reps if we weren't having a garbage disposal, everything was top guality!

We are remodeling our kitchen, and while we want the best we have a very tight budget. I found this sink, and couldn't believe the price. It was at least half if not more than most of the smaller sinks of lower quality. We haven't had it installed yet, but it arrived when they said it was going to, and in wonderful shape! My husband calls it my bathtub because it is so big!! We will definetly be browsing for our bathroom sinks when they are needed!

Item is as described. This is a big! sink. Yes it is actually 16 guage I checked with my calipers. Also the top edge is nicely finished so if you should want to you can mount it from the top in a laminate countertop which is what I intend to do. May look funky to some but I am fine with it.
The price is the best on the internet.

The sink arrived on time and it looks great. It hasn't been installed yet because we're waiting for the granite countertop to be delivered, but it is all it was advertised to be. It seems to be very well made and I'm sure it's going to look great when installed. I would certainly recommend the product and your web site!

We had been shopping for large, undermount sinks for our new kitchen and were settling for a smaller one at twice the price when I came across MR Direct. We were skeptical of the price, neither of us could believe it, and so I researched the company, MR Direct.

Received 3118 SS sink and wire grate in San Jose CA about 1 week after ordering. Both look and work great! It is huge and great for piling in the dishes. We're very happy with this purchase.

I love this sink. It is large enough to accommodate large pots without any difficulty. If you need to soak anything, its depth allows this without any visability. I would definitely recommend it.
