Ordered the sink on saturday it arrived on tuesday. What more could you ask for. Installed the sink in a new butcher block counter top and it looks excellant, size is right the depth is good.
Couldn't be happier...

The 502 was delivered amazingly quickly and appears to be as advertised. It is not installed yet, but has a very nice appearance and seems to have very good quality.

We recieved our new sink in a timely manner, I unpact the items we purchaed and everything looks great. These items will not be installed for another 2 weeks however, hope that this will go as good as the product looks. I am very impressed with the two strainer baskets and the sink grate.

I received the sinks in less than 20 hours. It looks great, very solid, better than the blanco 20 gauge that I have to replace. And the price you can't find anywhere else cheaper than this for this kind off quality.

The sink arrrived in good condition. It is not installed yet but looks as I expected it to look. Am a little concerned about the sound dampning.

Received our order quickly. Sink is as advertised. May have been able to get a little better strainer (ordered the standard ones) elsewhere but they are okay. Much more quiet when the water is running than our old 80's sink. Price was very good but escalated a bit when we added in the strainers, the sink grate and the shipping. Still better price than Overstock.com which is where I was looking.

Ordered my sink monday, received it friday and I live in Canada! Very quick service. It looks ok....the inside of the bowl isn't as smooth as the $1000 ones, but for $79.....

For anyone else ordering from Canada, I should give you an idea of taxes. I ordered the sink, cutting board, 2 strainers and 2 wire grates. This came to $159. Shipping was $47. Duties and custom $133. When the sink arrived I had to pay another $66 carrier charge. This brought the total purchase to $405. The Blanco sink I was looking at in Rona was $729 without all the extra stuff. SO all in all, good value for money.

Maybe I will make further comments once it is fitted.

The "502" is as advertised and the quick delivery was a pleasant surprise.

Of course, the price was the big grabber, Thanks for your professionalism.

The final test will be realized after its installed with our new counter tops.

It arrived very quickly. It appears to be everything advertised. It is a great value. It has not been installed yet.

I purchased this sink a little over a year ago and we are very happy with it. I was a little hesitant at first because of the extermely low price but I can say that, after a year of daily use, it still looks great! Don't let the price fool you - this is a quality product!

Working with Mr. Direct is very easy and rewarding. When I purchase sinks is is usually for a current job. I need the sink on time and in good condition. Being able to track the shipment allows for accurate scheduling and completion dates.

I received two of these sinks yesterday. I am always very pleased with the quality of the sinks. Sinks costing twice as much are usually thinner guage and the flange is never straight or flat. These sinks are easy to mount and my customers appreciate the price point.

I had purchased an Elkay sink from Lowes to install in the kitchen but after inspection of it I was not pleased with the 20 ga steel and not much sound deadening. I ordered the MR Direct sink and when it arrived I was very impressed. Heavy construction, bracing between the bowls (Elkay did not have this) good coating of sound deadening and was 1/3 the price of the Elkay at Lowes.

Great turn around time from order date. I ordered these on Monday and received them Wednesday afternoon. Nicely packaged as always. Hard to find this quality of service.

I have not installed this sink yet, so I cannot rate how noisy it is going to be. That is my main concern. It looks the way it was described, and looks like in the picture. I have compliments to its price, and superfast shipping. I received the sink in two days at no extraordinary charge. I was prepared to get it maybe in two-three weeks. Congratulation for handling my order in such an excellent way.

Great product. Extremely pleased in finish and consistancy in bowls. Could be a little more insulated to deaden noise from banging dishes. Packaged nicely to ensure a undamaged product. Only disappointment is the shipping cost.

We switch to these sinks around a year ago and I will must we have had nothing but positive comments. Have not had one negative or issue with these stainless steel sinks. The quality is excellent along with the finish to the product. The price is also another great benefit of these sinks and the turn around for delivery doesn't get any better. I am a contractor and was first brought on to your brand of sinks by a customer. I liked the quality and price enough that I have changed to your sinks as our in stock items. The only thing I can complain about that I would like to order them in groups of 10 or more at a time if they would come bulk boxed instead of individually boxed.

We had bought an Elkay Double SS Sink for over 300 dollars and were very disappointed...it was thin and bent in the divide when we picked it up off the floor. We returned it. What to do next?.....

We went online, found MRDirect and couldn\'t believe the prices and advertised quality. We were skeptical, as you are probably if you are reading a review. Very high quality product with thicker steel, with a bridge support across the divide, insulated....and for the price, even better.

Terrific finish, and appears to be a solid investment. Only time will tell, but add that to the very fast service and delivery (from Ohio to British Columbia in 7 days) we have nothing to complain about with our purchase. Good job MRDirect......!

I could not believe the quality and the price of this sink. I shopped around quite a bit and this sink was a great deal. The money that I saved I applied to a nicer quality faucet!

What's not to like, this is our 3rd sink from you, the other 2 were bought thru ebay. We have had customers pleased to have 16 gauge from the normal 18 everyone else is selling with there granite countertops.

Terrific sink! It wasn't easy shopping locally or online for the size sink that would work for us; one with the right dimensions for an old cabinet and one without logos stamped on it. Shipping was fast, service friendly and prompt, and the sink is beautiful...we actually upgraded in quality while saving $$$$...doesn't get any better than that. Thank you MR Direct!

Rec'd sink as promised, timely, well packaged, and in excellent condition. Included in the package was a box of mounting hardware and a cardboard template. Ordered the custom grates as well due to the offset drain locations in this sink. Sink is well constructed, beautifully finished and has a thick insulating pad underneath each bowl. I've seen other units at local hardware stores that also have the rubber insulation around the bowls as well. The entire underside of this sink has been sprayed with a tough white coating which resembles orange peel texture that I assume is their form of additional insulation. The only issue I have out of the box is with the custom grates. They are well constructed but I believe they are slightly too large as the perimeter contacts the sides of the sink in several places. The grates are surrounded with small snap-on plastic bumpers that will likely loosen and turn, leaving them ineffective at preventing scratches to the sink at these contact points. For the price of the grates, they could have been a little better thought out. I'll be installing the sink under granite next week.

Even though we have not installed our new stainless steel sink, I did, however, take it out of the box and examine it. It looks like it will work just fine. Thanks for the fast delivery time.

I am from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and had never heard of MR Direct before. Lukily I found them and bought the 502 Double Bowl SS Sink. I saw $79.00 and I thought that it was too good to be true. It wasn't. The sink is great. Even after paying shipping, duty, and taxes, I still saved close to $90 over buying at Home Depot.
I will be buying more stuff in the future!

I can't believe what a great deal this sink is! I did my research before purchasing and found that this one is at least a third the cost of similar ones sold in the big retail chains. I was skeptical that the deal seemed to good to be true, but was happily proved wrong. The S&H was reasonable and I received my sink in only 4 days! The sink was exactly as described and the template accurate enough for my granite installer to use. The next time I have to purchase a sink, I will definitely do it through MR Direct!

Product came to me in 2 business days, quite a surprise. I inspected the package and all was there. The sink looked very polished and finished. It hasn't been installed as yet but so far I'm very happy with the shipment, delivery, and product looks.

The 502 is a good, solid sink for the money. My wife and I were skeptical because the price was very low. We took a chance. The quality was very good and we are extremely pleased. The shipping was inexpensive and the order was processed immediately. I will use MR Direct again and recommend them to others.

As a remodeler, I fine these sinks to be at least as good (if not better) than the sinks you'll pay $500 to $1500 for, buying from major brand maufacturers. I have purchased several sinks over the past year or two, including this model 502, and I just now bought the model 3121R. I can't be more pleased with the sink quality...and of coarse your shipping speed is incredible! I usually have it at my door within 2-3 days after order confirmation. I haven't tried the faucets, but if they are anything like your sinks...they are winners too.
