The 708 Single Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet has a one or three-hole installation option and is available in a brushed nickel, oil-rubbed bronze or chrome finish. It contains a multi-function spray head with a 56" metal hose and is ADA approved. The dimensions for the 708 are 2" x 7 1/2" with an 8" spout reach. Received on the promised date and was installed yesterday. Faucet looks and feels like a much more expensive unit. Found the same design at Home Depot for double the price. I am extremely happy with my purchase!

I just wanted to report a very pleasant experience with this company. I have the 708-BN faucet in my kitchen and I really like it. The quality is great especially considering the price. I did have a slight problem with it after using it for over 9 months and I am extremely pleased with the excellent way customer service handled it. LOVE THIS FAUCET! I HAVE BEEN WINDOW SHOPPING FOR MONTHS. I REALLY DIDN'T THINK THIS STYLE WAS FOR ME. BUT AFTER READING OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT THIS FAUCET, DECIDED TO BUY IT. IT LOOKS SO EXPENSIVE.....OTHER STORE MODELS DIDN'T HAVE THE QUALITY THAT THIS FAUCET DOES. REALLY GLAD WE BOUGHT IT. WORTH EVERY BIT THE PRICE AND THENSOME.

arrived on time.
looks exactly like what I ordered.
what they charged on the card was right.
no trouble for the plumber to set it up
so far I am happy. the question with faucets is if the seal lasts for a long time. I will let you know as soon as I find out. -

To say that I am extremely pleased with this faucet is an understatement. We have had it installed now for about a month and it just works. It feels good and sturdy and is not cheaply made. I would most definitely recommend this faucet for purchase. It just works!

This faucet looks and feels high quality without the high price. It is shocking to price faucets at plumbing supply stores! Who in their right mind would pay $600 for a kitchen faucet? It is for a kitchen not a museum.

I havent installed the fixture but initally I am very pleased with the faucets construction and finish and it seems that it will be extremelye durable Faucet. I looked at several facutesl at the big stores and this one is made alot better in my opinion. I am extremly impressed and I would reccommend this faucet to anyone looking for a great made faucet at a unbeatable price. I think I will be pleased for years to come.

PROS: Very nice looking, heavy faucet that appears to be of very good fit and finish. I also bought the optional dish liquid dispenser. Easy installation.
CONS: The connecting flex hoses for the hot & cold water were to short for my setup, I had to buy a few fittings and extender hoses to reach. Also, I'm a little concerned that the rubber button that covers the sprayer/faucet selection button will crack over time. Only time will tell.
Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase, I don't think I could've done better at the local Home Cheapo. -

Have not installed this faucet yet since our remodeling isn't complete, however I noticed immediately that it seems to be much heavier and of better quality than the Moen faucet we installed 6 months ago...which replaced a very pricey Delta faucet that dripped, dripped, dripped and whose finish was faulty and had rust spots...which replaced an American Standard faucet that dripped and the finish was coming off. We are not hard on our faucets; no kids, just two of us. We've had no luck with any brand in any price range, and are hoping this one is the answer!

I've installed many of these faucets in various finishes in very nice investment properties. They have the look and feel of a much more expensive faucet. That said, a close friend who is a plumber (who works with very, very high end plumbing products and does rough and finish plumbing in some of the most expensive multi million dollar homes in the area) thought that he was installing a Grohe faucet based on the look and feel. He asked me why I was spending so much for a home that I don't live in (I have this faucet in my own home as well). When I told him the price of the faucet, he said he was going to start recommending to other clients who are spending much more for similiar styled faucets. Customer service is also first rate.

Today we received the sink and faucet fixture that we ordered last week. Taking a chance on the claims of a website is something we do not often do; however, in this case, we were bowled over by the quality of what we received. A friend paid $500 for a single bowl stainless sink through a plumbing distributor, and another $250 for his faucet. When we told him about the quality of the products we purchased through MR Direct, he wished he knew about them before he bought his. Before we received our shipment, I recommended your company to a family member who is redoing a kitchen. We will continue to recommend your company to anyone we know who is planning or considering a new or renovated kitchen or bath.
