708-C Chrome Single Handle Pull Out Kitchen Faucet
The 708 Single Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet has a one or three-hole installation option and is available in a brushed nickel, oil-rubbed bronze or chrome finish. It contains a multi-function spray head with a 56" metal hose and is ADA approved. The dimensions for the 708 are 2" x 7 1/2" with an 8" spout reach. This faucet is pressure tested to ensure proper working conditions and is covered under a lifetime warranty. The 708 is sure to add functional style to any kitchen sink.

I've installed 18 of these faucets in various rental properties. They have the look and feel of a much more expensive faucet. That said, a close friend who is a plumber (who works with very, very high end plumbing products and does rough and finish plumbing in some of the most expensive multi million dollar homes in the area) thought that he was installing a Grohe faucet based on the look and feel. When I told him the price of the faucet, he said he was going to start recommending to some of his clients who own rental apartments and are spending double for inferior quality and design. Customer service is also first rate and the sinks (undermount and top mount are terrific).
