The Sink is great and easy to install. Helps to have 2 people. Ordered a strainer for the left side and it wasn't deep enough to get a good thread lock on it. Make the salespeople confirm the strainer is correct for this sink before ordering.

Received this a couple days after I ordered. When I saw the box I was afraid they sent me a fridge on mistake because it was HUGE, but it's just great packaging to ensure no damage during shipping. Haven't installed it yet but it looks fantastic and seems like great quality, this sink is heavy duty and we are very pleased with our purchase. Great quality, great price and fast shipping for peanuts. Will definitely recommend Mr Direct to friends

I purchased a granite composite sink and received it immediately. It was packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition. I also purchased 2 sink strainer baskets and one was defective. I called them and they were to send another out right away. I have not gotten the replacement yet but it has only been one day. So far, I would buy from them again. Super high quality product and speedy delivery.

We recently ordered the TruGranite Sink for our vacation home. We spent the weekend at the house and saw the sink along with the new granite for the first time! The sink was exactly what I expected although the contractor didn't plumb it properly. We had bought the granite without the benefit of first hand sight (only email) and I now wish I had ordered the beige color instead of white. Overall, I am very satisfied with the sink and the strainer that I had ordered. Plus, the delivery time frame was very expedient.

Originally I was going to purchase the stainless steel sink. I decided to purchase the black granite when I found out about Mr direct web site from my granite supplier. We love it. Easy to clean. I had the sink shipped directly to my granite supplier and they took care of everything. Makes my new kitchen a hit. I 'm so glad my granite supplier told me about Mr direct.

Purchased this sink to have an undermount sink with my new countertops. So far, I am loving it. Cleans very easily and is unbelievably deep! I ordered the white one and the color is nice...not blindingly white, with some texture/grainy appearance to it so it compliments the granite countertop better than a smooth, glossy white finish. Sink arrived six days after I ordered it and was very well packaged/protected.

I want to let you know how pleased I am with the TruGranite Sink and the Bronze Pull Down Faucet I ordered from you a few weeks ago. All items were shipped out same day and arrived in just a few days. I was a little afraid about the color of the sink (I ordered the Brown) and if it would match my granite countertop. I am very pleased, it is a beautiful sink and I am glad I took the chance. The Bronze faucet is a much nicer color than any of the bronze faucets I saw at any store. We had a small problem with a slow leak and thought that we were going to have to send for a replacement but when I called I was told there was an easy fix, and the they sent a email with step by step easy instructions within minutes and it worked. Don\'t hesitate, Mr Direct products are impressive and the prices are better than I found anywhere.

I want to let you know how pleased I am with the TWO sinks I ordered from you a few weeks ago. All items were shipped out same day and arrived in just two days. When I opened the granite sink, I discovered it had cracked down the middle in transit. All I had to do is call and inform you of the problem and I had a replacement just three days later.

I was a little apprehensive ordering a granite sink I couldnt physically see, but now that it is here I am glad I did. It isnt yet installed, but it should look perfect with the countertop. I am very happy with it. Also the stainless steel sink I ordered is awesome.

I am thrilled that I was able to buy these items from a non big box store and support a small business. I've had an incredible number of headaches trying to purchase other items for my kitchen remodel, but this has been the easiest process of all of them.

I just wanted to let you know how much I love my new sink. I had it shipped directly to the people making my granite counter top. It was there within a couple of days. Way before they were ready to cut the counter. The sink and counter were installed a couple of weeks ago and they look fabulous. I'm so glad I went with the black granite instead of the stainless. It is really beautiful and easy to care for. I really like the drain that I ordered with it as well. And by the way, your prices are unbeatable. A great value for the money.
