Prompt delivery. Ordered the sink on a Sunday night and it was delivered by Wednesday morning. I am very pleased with the sink. Because of the low divide I am able to wash dishes, pans, and trays off all sizes with little difficulty. I especially like the deep depth of the sink strainers. When I called MR Direct with a question, the service representative didn't know the answer offhand. But he asked around and called me back with an answer w/i five minutes.

Fast shipping. Sink looks great, no problems though it does have a strong "fresh rubber" odor which I believe is from the soundproofing coating. I just kept it on the deck until I was able to have it installed and most of the smell dissipated. The sink winds up being quite deep when installed below the thick granite. I love the large size and the half divide seems to be working out well.

Purchased and installed June 2011. Transaction went smoothly and item delivered intact and in good time. Our sink was professionally installed (undermounted) to granite during new counter top installation, HOWEVER our plumber \"rejected\" the unique \"basket style\" drain units purchased separately from this vendor to coordinate with the sink. The plumber explained that the design of the drain unit lacked a \"cross bar\" at the bottom of the assembly (for a wrench to grab onto), hence no effective way to tighten the drain assembly and anchor it to the sink.

POSITIVES: We\'ve been pleased with the aesthetic look as well as accommodating function. My spouse was not initially interested in purchasing this \"half divide low profile\" model, but now claims to love the versatility of the unit which easily accommodates baking sheets and large frying pans without splashing water onto sink deck and counter. Despite our well water, the sink cleans up nicely without staining or excessive spotting. (I perform a thorough cleaning once a week.)

NEGATIVES: Despite sound deadening material on the underside of the sink, we were somewhat disappointed with the noise of this unit. As well, we are disappointed that just four months into use, one side of the sink displays a small (1/1-1/4 inch) dent at the bottom. To my knowledge nothing was dropped (hard) into the sink.

IMPRESSION: I guess you get what you pay for. Although pleased with the overall look, design, and function of this sink, it is my opinion that the quality of this unit is somewhat lacking having taken into consideration 1) sub-par sound deadening and 2) having sustained a small dent despite normal to light short term residential use.

RECOMMENDATION: YES for style, design, and function. YES for price. NO for quality (the box, enclosures, nor sink indicated the the model, manufacturer, nor materials for this unit).

My wife originally found a sink identical to this one for $515.96 which is TOO expensive. Luckily she found this website that has the identical sink for a fraction of the cost. There is no difference between the two other than the cost! They both are 16 gauge stainless, have the dampening pads, etc. Thank you for providing such a great product at an affordable price!

We are very happy with this sink. The low center bar height is great for pans with handles and even moving washed items over to drain. The accessory drain board works great and even has an opening to get to the drain. The bottom is even padded for sound deadening. It costs 1/8 the price of the similar Elky and is even thicker. We could not be happier with this purchase.

When you have it installed, we would suggest you make the countertop hang over the sink about 1/8 inch to hide the top corner radius, give a cleaner look, and make it easier to clean.

We definitely got lucky with this beautifully crafted sink. It is the showpiece of the kitchen, very elegant looking. Excellent value and MR Direct has an awesome selection of shapes and sizes. Because I'd seen it in every new home and remodel, I was going to order the very trendy sink with the smaller rinsing bowl on one side, but thinking realistically, what I really needed was a sink large enough to soak my large platters and cookie sheets. The half divide has been the best of both worlds and the perfect addition to our kitchen remodel. My friends with the small sink tell me they wish they had chosen soaking space instead of a sink seen in every other kitchen.

This is the perfect sink for me! I debated whether or not I wanted a single, large bowl, or if I should continue to have a divided sink, although it does not accomodate large pots and cookie sheets. This half divide fits all my needs because I can use both sections if needed, or for larger items, I can fill with more water for soaking or washing large items. It looks great with my new stainless appliances and is the perfect addition to my new kitchen. Love it!

I highly recommend this sink and so has everyone else who has reviewed it. The design is really great. I knew I still wanted a divided sink but the half divide in the middle is such a wonderful idea! It makes washing large pots/pans so much easier. And since the majority of my dirty dishes go in the dishwasher, this sink really fit the bill for those large pots and pans. Rinsing the large pots/pans used to mean lots of water getting on the counter top, but not anymore. I can wash and rinse my pots/pans without the mess! Order processing and delivery was very fast. This sink is GREAT! The fabricator installing my new counter tops even said the sink was great quality and was impressed by the design. You can't beat the price either! This sink functions as both 2 separate sinks and also as if it were a big farmhouse sink. I can easily wash the largest cookie sheets and pot/pans and there are no issues with dripping water onto the counter top. I will definitely buy from Mr. Direct again!

This sink is great! You have the seperatation when you need it and the best part is you can easily wash large pans, gridles and cookie sheets easier and faster.

I just had the sink installed with my new granite countertops. So far I love it! It is wide and deep enough for my large pans and the low center divider allows pans with handles to lay almost flat. I also purchased the matching cutting board, which I LOVE! It nests right over the sink (hiding dirty dishes) and it acts as additional counter space.
