Damaged or Incorrect Item Return Policy

MR Direct International will replace any and all damaged or incorrect items within 7 days after the sinks have been delivered. Please inspect the sink within this timeline and call 419-882-5600 to report any damage/error and acquire a Return Authorization number. Damaged or incorrect sinks or faucets will be replaced at the time the report is made, if the report makes the 7 day deadline.

Sink Return Policy

MR Direct International will accept returns of unwanted sinks within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Prior to return, you must contact MR Direct at 419-882-5600 to acquire a Return Authorization number. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. The sink must be returned to MR Direct in undamaged, unused condition with original packaging and accessories included. All returned items are subject to inspection before a credit will be issued. All returned items will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Faucet Return Policy

MR Direct International will accept returns of unopened and sealed faucets within 30 days of purchase. All returned faucets are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Returns must be reported within 30 days of the original date of purchase and faucets must be returned to MR Direct in undamaged, unused condition with original packaging and accessories included. Prior to return, you must contact MR Direct at 419-882-5600 to acquire a Return Authorization number. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

**If the faucet has been installed, it cannot be returned. If the faucet is defective, we will first attempt to find an on site fix by phone or sending replacement parts. If the fix cannot be done on site, we will take back the faucet, fix it and return it at no cost to the customer.
