501R Offset Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink
Stainless Steel Sinks are the most popular choice for today’s kitchen. Stainless steel has long been used in kitchen environments for its clean look and durability. The type 304 steel used in our sinks has 18/10 chromium/nickel content. This makes the steel “stainless” and is the highest quality steel used in kitchen sinks. The brushed finish of our sinks is preferred over our competitors for its ability to hide small scratches than can occur over time. We warranty all sinks to last the lifetime of your home.

- A. This sink requires a minimum 33” sink base cabinet.
- Q. Is 16 gauge stainless steel thicker or thinner than 18 gauge stainless steel?
- A. 16 gauge stainless steel is 25% thicker than 18 gauge stainless steel.
- Q. Can a garbage disposal be installed in this sink?
- A. Yes, a garbage disposal can be installed in either bowl.
- Q. How many strainers do I need to purchase?
- A. If you have a garbage disposal in one bowl, you will only need to purchase 1 strainer for the other bowl. If you do not have a garbage disposal, you will need to purchase 2 strainers.

We purchased this item because our cabinets are smaller than standard, so we needed a smaller sink. I liked the heavier gauge SS, and the good reviews. The sink and accessories arrived well packed. We're very happy with the quality of all the items. Highly recommended.

The sink has been installed now for about 6 weeks, it is certainly good quality for the price. Not the absolute top of the line but certainly not a cheaply made sink. Would recommend.

ordered the sink after our granite installer looked over the info on the Mr. Direct site and said it sounded like a good deal. Ordered late Monday and sink arrived late Wednesday. Very happy with the sink, but our counter won't be installed for another few days, so can't speak to its performance at this point.

So glad to have found MR Direct. After sticker shock while pricing sinks, MR Direct was a welcome find. Decided I would either be making the best purchase ever.... or the biggest project delay as I returned it. To my pleasure, the sink and accessories arrived very quickly, and the quality was as good as or better than any of the brand name sinks I was looking at.... THANK YOU! I have a small sized cabinet in a town home, so the smaller 501 sink was the perfect fit. Not only was the price point and quality of the sink great, the accessories (strainer basket sink assembly, grids, and custom cutting board.... ESPECIALLY the custom fit cutting board) are awesome! For what I would have spent on a sink alone at another store, I got all of the accessories with the MR Direct sink too! I will definitely recommend MR Direct as well as purchase from them again!
