Excellent/My Plumber wanted to know where I Purchased!

The sink is good quality and a great price. The amount of time they take on shipping is good (as expected).

The products are a great value!! Delivery time is wonderful and customer service is always the greatest!

This was the first time that I ordered anything from MR Direct. We recently purchased a home and needed to update our kitchen. We priced stainless steel sinks at the local Home Depot and Lowes and the sink we wanted was between $375 and $450 and was 18 gauge. We shopped on line and found MR Direct. We were concerned when we found the same sink for $94 about the quality of the sink. But, We decided to give MR Direct a chance and order the sink. My order arrived in just a few days from the time I ordered it. It is a 16 gauge (thicker) stainless steel sink and arrived in just a few days from the time we ordered it. It was perfect and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase! I will be placing this sink under a beautiful granite countertop and couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. Thank you MR Direct for saving me some money!

The sink is a great value over similar branded sinks from plumbing supply houses. It was ordered on a Sunday and was delivered on Wednesday, two days later. The review was delayed because we just had the sink installed this week. We could not be happier with our purchase or with your company!

I've been using this sink for about a month after a kitchen remodel & so far I'm very pleased. It looks great & very functional...and for about 1/3 the price of those other name brands. My brother just finished building a house using a kitchen sink from MR Direct & he's been very happy w/ the quality of their product as well.

I have been looking for a stainless sink that wouldn't cost and arm and a leg. This one fit the bill.
It looks nice, and will go nicely in my remodel kitchen. The only thing I wished for was a heavier sound buffering to it, but I took care of that by applying Dynamat to the underside of the sink. It now has the solid sound of a very expensive sink with a fraction of the cost. I was very surprised to get my sink so quickly. It shipped within a day! All in all, I am very happy.

The sink is excellent. We've had it for a month and we love it. We found a similar 18 gauge sink at the local chain home improvement store for $336.00. We are so glad we were referred to MR Direct and have referred many of our friends and co-workers.

I purchased a stainless steel sink; I was a little concerned becuase shipping from Ohio to Southern California, it could arrive damaged but the sink arrived in good condition. Once installed it looked great.

Wow! This sink is awesome! The quality is solid and shiney and thick and way nicer then Home depot and Lowes for 270.00 cheaper !!! MR Direct rocks. I am still shocked that it was better then I expected...truely a bargain and seriously I am Mrs. Average housewife who took a chance on this item for the price, all I can say is it is perfect...will look great in my granite counter tops!!!Thanks for actually selling a good product!

I ordered this sink on line Wednesday morning and when I arrived at home Thursday afternoon it was sitting on my front porch. I was skeptical when I seen this sink online, but after opening the box I couldn't believe the quality of the sink for the price. 94.00 for a 16 gauge insulated sink. I checked with Home Depot and a comperable sink (teka) was going to cost me 169.00 and everyfaucet.com Teka model#53120.9-U for 146.52, and it was 18 gauge. That explains why I was skeptical when I seen this one for 94.00. Great Product, Great service,I highly recommend this company.

I couldn't be happier. Although we are waiting for the contractor to install, the sink arrived very quickly, in beautiful shape. My husband had concerns about it not being a "big name-brand product," but its specs exceeded the competitors, it is made in the USA, and the price was unbelievable! Would we purchase another sink from MR Direct? In a skinny minute! It is almost one of those things that seems too good to be true - but it is. Thanks MR Direct for the quality and your service.

Our kitchen sink arrived yesterday and we inspected it. All looks good. We will have it installed in another 10-12 days and will know for sure if it work as it should by then. I ordered this sink so my granite installer would know exactly the size hole to cut, so I haven't used it yet. I can say however, it definitely appears to be a high quality sink. The sound dampening rubber piece covers the bottom, not just a couple of pads like cheap sinks use. Also, the entire underside (including sides) are painted with a heavy primer of some sort, I assume this adds sound insulation and durability. And it isn't flimsy seeming at all unlike others I've installed.

I got the sink just a few days after ordering it. I also ordered the basket strainers. These are well worth the $18 for the pair, definitely go for them!

Mr Direct IT is a great place to get a quality sink at a bargain price (1/3 of what a similar sink at a big-name home improvement store would have cost me).

Ordered the 503L Stainless Steel 60/40 Kitchen Sink and it was everything and more that the description said. Beautiful undermount sink, larger than I anticipated which was a pleasant surpirse and the order went smoothly and it was delivered exactly when MR Direct said it would be. We are extremely pleased with the service we were provided and will definately do business with MR Direct again plus recommend to our friends and family. The price was at least $150 less than sinks we priced at Home Depot and Lowes. You just can't beat MR Direct prices and quality.

Beautiful Sink! I purchased this sink for my kitchen remodel and I am very pleased with it. It is a much better sink than I could have purchased anywhere else and about $150 cheaper. All the other sinks I looked at were only 18 guage and this one is 16 guage, plus insulated and coated for sound reduction. Shipping was fast and reasonable. This offset stainless sink arrived within 3 days of our order. It was priced hundreds lower than our counter man would have charged us. He could not believe the quality could equal his product. It surpassed it! This MR sink was 16 gauge while his sink was only 18 gauge. The sink was installed today and we could not be more pleased.
