We ordered our new sink online on a Sunday and received a prompt response the following day. They explained that we could pick up the sink at their warehouse and save the shipping fees. Much to our suprise they are located about 2 miles from our home in Toledo, Ohio.
My husband stopped in their warehouse and was very pleased with their personel and service. They even loaded the sink in his car. Great service.
The sink and new cabinets are here and the contractors are busy doing the installation.

Just recieved my new sink :) I love the look. It got to me in the time they said it would and loved that I could track it. For the price verses other competitors @ $400+, this sink looks great and durable. Hope it holds up as good as it looks. This will make this a great deal!

Best deal ever - was prepared to spend 4x as much on a sink that was a lighter gauge. Got a much better sink for 25% of the money.

Also appreciate the staff for letting me know their warehouse is 10 minutes from our house - saving me the shipping cost by allowing us to go pick it up.

Sink looks great (haven't got it installed yet) and the Template provided was really nice - gives you the option of flush mount or 1/4" offset. This brand doesn't make you just cut around a dotted line on the box - it is an actual template.

Also has grates and cutting boards available for this model - again, very reasonable prices!

So excited we found Mr Direct - my husband is a remodeler and will use them for materials in the future.

We just received our Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink yesterday via UPS and we were so pleasantly surprised. This sink far exceeds our expectations.
It is not only great looking, it has insulation on the reverse side to help with noise. We shopped around all over town and that was not available at upscale stores as well as Home Improvement stores. We would never hesitate to recommend MR Direct for the purchase of stainless steel sinks.

Our new sink arrived very quickly. We have not installed it yet but it looks great. The condition is perfect. Can hardly wait to test it out.
