I pride myself on getting the best quality I can for the dollar. MR Direct delivered. After reading the reviews, I opted to order the T502 topmount sink. It has been $55.00 well spent. The first sink arrived approx a week from the order date mutilated. I called MR Direct and expressed my concerns about the damage that I believed to had been caused during shipping. They apologized for the damaged sink and told me they would send another out right away. One week later the new sink arrived undamaged. I installed it the next day and before I could call to thank them, I received a follow up call from MR Direct asking if I had received my replacement sink. GOOD OLD FASHION CUSTOMER SERVICE. With the exception of the 1 week wait for a replacement, (not MR Direct's fault) this has been a pleasant transaction. I also bought the cutting board and a sink grade, both of witch are top quality. Should I ever need a new sink, MR Direct will be first on my look see list. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality at a great price.

First sink arrived in two days. It was slightly damaged and several clips were missing.
I called customer dervice. Very polite and apologetic. The second sink arrived two days later. It was in good shape and a new set of clips was included.
It is pretty and as advertised.

This sink is absolutely the best deal I could find for an 8" deep dual basin, made with a thicker Gage steel than others at comparable price. Product was strait and true, undamaged and fit perfectly using supplied template. Drains fit well and do not leak.

Very pleased with the quality, price and delivery time of our new sink. The only drawback is the sink covers don't seem to fit very well. We will shop here again for any sinks we may need in the future! Highly recommended!

I ordered my sink at the end of Feb. 2011 and received it this past week and installed it this past Sat. The sink looks fabulous and feels solid. No dings, scratches, or problems upon arrival. We started out needing to replace our disposal... and since we hated the ugly off-white porcelain sink that came with our house when we bought it, we decided if we were going to be taking everything apart anyway for the disposal, we might as well update the sink and faucet, too. And what a difference this sink makes in our kitchen! It's also deeper than the old one, which is a plus. The new strainer fits & looks great, the disposal went in without a hitch (also easier to install on a stainless sink... no plumber's putty needed). The only thing I'm not 100% pleased about is that, because the steel of the sink is basically one thickness, our new faucet wobbles a little. This faucet is a higher-end Delta faucet that fits just one hole (h & c are on side of faucet itself) with a sprayer for a second sink hole and we bought a soap dispenser for the 3rd hole (plug in the 4th). So, because the faucet has no wider or thicker base on which to be bolted (e.g. solid surface counter top - probably more of what it was meant for), the stainless steel flexes a little if you bump the faucet, which causes it to slightly wobble. It's bolted on securly, so there's really nothing wrong with the assembly, or the sink itself, and nothing that can't be looked past, but it would be nice if the steel was thicker at that part of the sink so the faucet would feel a little more secure. I may try bolting the faucet on with a piece of wood on the underside and see if that helps. I guess we didn't really think about that when picking out our faucet.

Also, the plug that comes with the sink for the 4th hole (if unused) is plastic, not stainless steel, and it's cheap. It's also got really bad plastic-y chrome paint on it... ours is chipped. So, I'll be looking for a stainless or metal/chrome replacement for that. But overall, MUCH better sink for the $$ than what I found at home impr. stores. Very very pleased. Our kitchen looks so much nicer now! I really love this sink. We didn't realize just how UGLY the old sink/faucet was until we put in the new hardware.

I love my new sink. Why pay the price for a name brand sink when they are the same gauge as this one. All the details you look for in a quality sink this one has. Any time I need a sink in the future, I will shop Mr. Direct first.

I recieved this sink & the plug for the 4th hole is very scratched.
My customer is actually going to be using this. Can you send a new one that is not scratched up ? Thanks alot

When the sink arrived and we unpacked it (the carpenter was there to put it in along with a new counter) we found it was dented. I called and was sent a new one that arrived in two days. It is wonderful- I love the shine and the depth. It is much more than I expected at this price.

Awesome basic sink. Insulated pretty well against noise and what not. Can't complain for $55.
