Summary
Created as a bar or food prep sink, this single-bowl design provides plenty of space for either use. It can be mounted under the counter in a choice of three methods, any of which will flaunt its 3/4-inch, corner radius style. Although small overall, its tight corners, square shape, and ample depth make it a wise choice. The 1717 is 304-grade, cold rolled steel, available in three thicknesses: standard 18, heavy-duty 16, and a hefty 14 gauge. This sink contains a 3 1/2" drain, is fully insulated and comes with sound dampening pads. With an overall measurement of 17" x 17" x 9 3/8", it will require a minimum-width cabinet of 18".

Great sink
It fit the bill, everything that I wanted, the shipping was amazing, all the parts were super amazing, I ordered everything (sink, special drain, a wire basket, and a wooden cutting board), and they delivered it in 4 days. the sink was the top of the line.

Very nice heavy gauge sink
We are renovating our kitchen, and a good friend warned me to purchase a solid heavy (thick) gauge sink or regret a thin flexy loud cheep sink for years. This 14 Gauge sink is very thick - and very nice quality. I got it next working day from UPS. Also really like the wire grids (racks) they too are well built. The strainer for the drain is the nicest I've seen.

Nice sink - extra deep for a bar sink.
Very deep for a bar sink. Would have preferred one 7" deep like most bar sinks. Nice quality and look forward to getting it installed in our new granite island.
