Summary
The 2421 undermount sink has a single bowl made from 304 grade stainless steel and is available in your choice of 18 or 16 gauge thicknesses. The surface has a brushed satin finish to help mask small scratches that occur over time and keep your sink looking beautiful for years. The overall dimensions of the 2421 are 23 1/2" x 21" x 9 1/4" and a 24" minimum cabinet size is required. This sink contains a 3 1/2" offset drain, is fully insulated and comes with sound dampening pads. As always, our stainless steel sinks are covered under a limited lifetime warranty for as long as you own the sink.

Great Sink - don't send money down the drain by buying elsewhere!
In doing a complete kitchen remodel I did some shopping around for sinks. I visited several brick-and-mortar stores and some online sites and found this sink on mrdirectint.com. It compares most favorably with, say, Home Depot's D-bowl sink; their D-bowl sink is 18-gauge and $289, this is 16-gauge, thicker, coated for a bit of soundproofing and about $90 is less than 1/3 the price of HD's offering. The sink was shipped promptly and arrived in good condition; it has been installed and in use now for the past two months and we love its looks and function.

What type of wood is used to make your cutting boards?Our light, Natural cutting board is made of rubberwood from the latex-producing rubber tree. Our dark, Sapele cutting board is made of wood from the sapele tree, which is in the mahogany family. Both are dense hardwoods with a natural resistance to moisture, molds and fungus.
