This company has excellent service and makes a quality product!! I love my new sink!! A tip for Canadian buyers... If you live close to a border then ship to the USA. The price difference in shipping was only a few dollars more to Canada so I paid the fee dollars. Big mistake!! There is no duty because it's a American made, great so I thought I would have to just pay the taxes. Wrong!! UPS gouged me with a $62 bills and only $19 was the tax. They charged me a $43 brokerage fee. Found out after only way to get around this is to refuse the shipment and ask them to hold in their local warehouse ( make sure you have your shipment number ) then go to a Canadian border and pay the taxes. You would then need to go to the UPS warehouse showing you paid the taxes and then there would be no brokerage fee. It's a huge scam that UPS is doing. They charge some 25-40% fee just to collect the governments taxes. Unacceptable and really MR Direct should look into using another carrier to do business with. Doing some investigating I found its only UPS that is playing this scam.

I bought a stainless still sink. It came very quickly. Packaged well and the order was as it was suppose to be. Thank you so much. I would definetly order from Mr. Direct again!
