When we received the product the cold water faucet leaked. We did not want to wait for return and redelivery so we bought another item locally. When I tried to return it they said that I couldn't return it. They said that their mode of operation is to try to fix it. We have bought a lot of items from this company. I never knew their return policy. I will think twice now about buying anything from them.
