The 708-BN Single Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet has a one or three-hole installation option and is available in a brushed nickel, oil-rubbed bronze or chrome finish. It contains a multi-function spray head with a 56" metal hose and is ADA approved. The dimensions for the 708-BN are 2 1/8" x 8 3/8" x 7 1/4". This faucet is pressure tested to ensure proper working conditions and is covered under a lifetime warranty. The 708-BN is sure to add functional style to any kitchen sink.

    be a little aware
    Will give the faucet a good rating due to quality if product. Be aware that this faucet has a 23 in. supply lines, they should be 28 in min. to fit a sink cabinet. So make sure you can extend the waterlines before you buy this faucet. Good luck.

    Great faucet; great buy
    Bought this faucet in conjunction with a new ss sink purchased for a kitchen reno. The price made us wonder whether the outer part was metal or plastic. Have seen some plastic in well-known brands in the home stores. This faucet is beautiful and all metal. It will be installed along with the sink in a new granite countertop next week. Now we plan to do the guest bath and will be ordering more faucets.

    Appears to be of good quality
    So far I have no complaints about this faucet, but the length of the pull out hose may be misleading. You install a weight on the hose so that it will pull back down through the faucet. This is installed about 2' from the end, so your usable hose is not the 56" the specs might lead you to believe. Faucet feels nice and heavy. Install was pretty easy, but make sure that you turn the faucet from side to side and get it centered before tightening it down.

    Received on the promised date and was installed yesterday. Faucet looks and feels like a much more expensive unit. Found the same design at Home Depot for double the price. I am extremely happy with my purchase!

    LOVE THIS FAUCET! I HAVE BEEN WINDOW SHOPPING FOR MONTHS. I REALLY DIDN'T THINK THIS STYLE WAS FOR ME. BUT AFTER READING OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT THIS FAUCET, DECIDED TO BUY IT.     bought this faucet off the web. arrived on time. looks exactly like what I ordered. what they charged on the card was right. no trouble for the plumber to set it up so far I am happy. the question with faucets is if the seal lasts for a long time. I will let you know as soon as I find out.

    This faucet looks and feels high quality without the high price. It is shocking to price faucets at plumbing supply stores! Who in their right mind would pay $600 for a kitchen faucet?     I havent installed the fixture but initally I am very pleased with the faucets construction and finish and it seems that it will be extremelye durable Faucet. I looked at several facutesl at the big stores and this one is made alot better in my opinion.     PROS: Very nice looking, heavy faucet that appears to be of very good fit and finish. I also bought the optional dish liquid dispenser. Easy installation. CONS: The connecting flex hoses for the hot & cold water were to short for my setup, I had to buy a few fittings and extender hoses to reach. Also, I'm a little concerned that the rubber button that covers the sprayer/faucet selection button will crack over time. Only time will tell. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase, I don't think I could've done better at the local Home Cheapo.

    Have not installed this faucet yet since our remodeling isn't complete, however I noticed immediately that it seems to be much heavier and of better quality than the Moen faucet we installed 6 months ago...which replaced a very pricey Delta faucet that dripped, dripped, dripped and whose finish was faulty and had rust spots...which replaced an American Standard faucet that dripped and the finish was coming off. We are not hard on our faucets; no kids, just two of us. We've had no luck with any brand in any price range, and are hoping this one is the answer!

    I've installed many of these faucets in various finishes in very nice investment properties. They have the look and feel of a much more expensive faucet. That said, a close friend who is a plumber (who works with very, very high end plumbing products and does rough and finish plumbing in some of the most expensive multi million dollar homes in the area) thought that he was installing a Grohe faucet based on the look and feel. He asked me why I was spending so much for a home that I don't live in (I have this faucet in my own home as well). When I told him the price of the faucet, he said he was going to start recommending to other clients who are spending much more for similiar styled faucets. Customer service is also first rate.

    Today we received the sink and faucet fixture that we ordered last week. Taking a chance on the claims of a website is something we do not often do; however, in this case, we were bowled over by the quality of what we received. A friend paid $500 for a single bowl stainless sink through a plumbing distributor, and another $250 for his faucet. When we told him about the quality of the products we purchased through MR Direct, he wished he knew about them before he bought his.   • What size hole needs to be drilled for this faucet?
    This faucet requires one 1 3/8" diameter hole to be drilled.
  • Do I need to purchase the optional Base Plate?
    You will only need to purchase the optional Base Plate if you have an existing 3-hole cutout.
  • Is this faucet cast or drilled from a solid material?
    All of our faucet waterways are drilled from a solid material. This makes them more durable than faucets that are cast.
  • Is this faucet compliant with the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA)?
    Yes. This faucet is constructed from lead-free materials as specified in Section 1417 of the SDWA.
