Great product, even better customer service
This is a very solid, heavy well made product. I am very happy with it and would be at twice the price. By mistake, we ended up ordering two of these, and xustomer service handled the return professionally and even waived the shipping and restocking fee due the circumstances without having to argue with them. This is not my first order with MRDirect nor will it be my last. I have sent a few friends to them and they also have been very happy with their products.
