    Beautiful faucet!
    Absolutely love this faucet. Was hesitant because I was unfamiliar with the brand, but it is well made and looks amazing. Definitely the cherry on top of our new countertops!

    Great Faucet!
    Before I purchased, I actually went to the manufacturers website in China. This faucet is the same one that some of the high priced domestic manufacturers are passing off as their own. The only thing that's different is the spout and the handle. I'd purchase again.

    Great quality at a great price!
    Both my husband (who works in water filtration) and our contractor reported this faucet was very well made. It's very heavy and all steel fittings. I thoroughly researched similar faucets online and at Home Depot/Lowe's and this one looked better (no rubber/plastic hose showing) and was about half the price. It's installed and I'm loving using it! Hose is flexible enough to reach around my new large sink and I really like the two different spray options and the lock feature to keep the last spray options you used. Would definitely purchase again!

    Received the faucet in 3 days. Easiest faucet to install I've put in, I'm a master plumber. I never heard of this brand and was skeptical, but so far I'm impressed. I shopped 30 or more faucets before choosing this one. Its solid, heavy weight, and seems built to last, time will tell. So far, I'm very satisfied with it.

    High quality, sturdy, easy to install.
    Bought this for laundry room wined up changing my mind and swapped it out for use in the kitchen. Very heavy, sturdy faucet. Wife loves it. My only gripe is wish the faucet line was just about 6" longer, easy to work around though by releasing the spring out of bottom mount. Love It.

    Awsome!
    Very happy with the quality of this product, especially considering the price. The selection they have is just amazing and it is very high quality. Don't be fooled by the really low prices, they sell only the top quality. I am lucky enough to live close to their showroom and have seen the vast majority of their merchandise in person. It is all amazing stuff!

    Functional, Durable and Gets Compliments
    I bought this as a birthday present to myself along with a stainless steel sink. The combo together looks phenomenal. Lady friends who come over always compliment me on how much they like my faucet! This faucet was cheaper than any of my local stores and feels heavier duty. I would definitely buy this again if I ever get a second kitchen sink that needs a new faucet!

    Sleek and Beautiful
    This is my second time buying this Beautiful industrial style faucet. I bought this two years back for my kitchen to be updated and then sold house within weeks. Now two weeks back I bought it for my own kitchen while I am upgrading with new granite counter top, new back splash, new sink and again my new faucet. Every body loves it. It is functional, sleek and beautiful in my open kitchen. Very Cute. Love it.

    Gorgeous!!
    This faucet is everything we wanted. It is large and substantial, very well made and gives the industrial look I was after. We mounted it with the handle in the front, moving left and right instead of forward and back. Also easier to install than others we have had. Shipping was fast and it was well packaged.     Great High Quality Kitchen Faucet
    Best kitchen faucet I have ever purchased. Love the look & quality of the metal. Heavy duty. Able to reach my entire double sink. Has great water flow. I was able to turn the base so the control is located in the front as opposed to the side. I prefer this over the side control. I am using it in my home though it is a commercial grade faucet. Has great clearance for filling pots in the sink. Control handle operates smoothly. I love that the touch button on the sprayer head stays locked where you last had it set even when it is turned off. Metal is easy to clean with a damp cloth without pitting, staining & scratching. Was easy to install per my husband. He did have to purchase a special porcelain drill bit for his dremel to shave a small section down to get it completely through the hole. The sink hole had a sliver that needed to be shaved down causing a minor delay & trip to the hardware store for the install. This was a minor inconvenience & this is because the faucet is a commercial product & not a residential sized faucet. I highly recommend this product as it is well worth the price. It has replaced a Moen faucet with a separate sprayer that kept getting stuck in the on position. I am very satisfied with this faucet. I will be purchasing another one for my rental home. Thank you for offering this great quality product.

    Shipping was quick. Faucet is extremely sturdy and one of the quickest and easiest installs I have ever done. For the quality of this faucet, I'm sure it would have cost well over $200 elsewhere even your big box stores. I will.definately shop here again. Thank you!

    Great quality and price
    This is the 2nd time I purchased this faucet only because we moved and my wife demanded I get her the same faucet at our new place. I would recommend this to anyone, as a master plumber I have installed a lot of high end faucets and the Sir faucets meet or exceed the big name brands in quality functionality and design at half the cost.

    Amazing addition to our kitchen
    We are in love with our new faucet! We've had the same​ Moen faucet since we moved in and over the years it started to rust and fall apart. Moen had already replaced it once under warranty, but we knew it was time for an upgrade. We were not happy with any of the faucets we were seeing in the stores. The construction was shoddy, and they all felt cheap. We wanted all metal, and we wanted US made. We came across MR Direct and we were confident that we had found our match. Because we knew we had major issues with our existing faucet, we decided to call in our plumber to install the new faucet. The majority of his time was spent cutting out the old faucet that had completely rusted on the inside! We can't get over how great​ our new faucet looks in our kitchen. We had been concerned that maybe it would seem too big, but honestly, the size is perfect and we now see that our old faucet was grossly undersized for the size of our double sink! The unit was very well packaged and arrived to us in excellent condition. The quality and workmanship is fantastic. We love that the supply lines are 20​+​" which is more than enough to connect to the water line​s​. We also love that the lines are braided steel. The button on the side of the sprayer works by pressing​ ​​to alternate between stream and spray. Both the stream and spray are very direct and we have had no issues with overspray or water going everywhere. We particularly like that once you set to either stream or spray, it will stay set that way even after you have turned the water off. So the next time you use the faucet, it will still be on the setting that was last used. We were momentarily concerned that our backsplash/breakfast bar would interfere with the operation of the on/off tap, however it worked out for us. I do recommend that anyone interested measure carefully as the​ lever on the​ tap must be able to go all the way back. Additionally, based on the recommendation of our plumber, we switched the hot and cold. The faucet is set up for the hot to be in the front (when installed with the tap to the right as per the instructions). We felt that cold is more commonly used and so that should be in front (ie, to get cold water you flip the faucet on and pull the faucet lever towards yourself).​ I'd also recommend this if you have kids since it's easier to pull the lever than to push it.​ ​The switch was very easy for the plumber to do, and he even popped out the little hot/cold indicator button on the handle and flipped it around so it was visually correct. The only "issue" is that the supply lines are color coded, so that's now visually incorrect under the sink, even though it will not affect the function of the faucet. We also purchased the baseplate which is of equal quality. We added a bead of clear caulk around the baseplate simply to deter any gunk or mold buildup. Overall we are very please​d​ with our purchase and would definitely use MR Direct again in the future.

    Look better than Picture
    We were very please with this faucet! This is the second purchase with the first faucet ordered 2 years ago as we completed our basement. My son loved the first one so much until he ordered one 2 - 3 months ago. The packaged was secure and the delivery service was excellent. We love your services.

    Awesome Experience
    We recently ordered a faucet through MR Direct. When we received the box it was slightly damaged on one side. When we took the faucet out, it was leaning to one side because it had been bent during shipping. I reached out to MR Direct and within an hour of my email, someone had responded and let me know that a new faucet was on its way and to just put the other faucet back in the box and UPS would come by to pickup within 2 days. I was really pleased with their quick response and the handling of the issue. I will certainly be purchasing items from them again!

    Great 766-BN Faucet
    Fast shipping. The old faucet was a bitch to get out. The 766-BN took less than 5 minutes to install. Super easy and a great fit. The pre-installed hot water line just barely reached the copper pipe. I had to lean it just a bit. Another inch on the line would be great. Beautiful nickel plating. Outstanding spray and the swing arm works perfectly. I did not install any additional hardware like a plate or soap dispenser. Looked at other products at twice the price and did not like them as well.

    Great Faucet!
    Very fast shipping; I believe the faucet arrived in two days! No missing parts or damage upon opening the box. My husband installed the faucet a few days before we hosted Thanksgiving dinner; so with heavy use, here are a few thoughts: Looks great - (it's big) even though we held up a measuring tape to help us visualize the size prior to ordering - it was still a little larger than expected. Our guests/cooks and helpers had favorable reviews with both function and aesthetics. Spray/stream selector is positioned well and easy to switch back and forth. Perfect water flow and spray - the spray is tight and strong. No over spray. Temp control lever is fine, the single-handle faucet is very convenient to use. The flexible sprayer hose is good - it's a little stiff, perhaps it will ease up after more use. I found myself pulling it to reach around both sink bowls. I would definitely recommend mr direct, and this faucet - it looks great, works well and is priced right.

    The best purchase I ever made!!!
    Not only is my new faucet amazing... The entire process from searching on this website, ordering and paying for it and then receiving it was so simple and easy.     Great price great faucet
    I just bought a house and had this style faucet. Unfortunately, whoever installed it didn't do a great job. So, I was looking to replace it but I wanted the same look. I went to the big box stores and looked online. Luckily I found this place it was almost identical to the one I had and it looks/functions great. Pros: Price, look, function Cons: Directions Directions aren't that bad. However, I was removing and installing a like item. If I had never done it before I could see how the directions could be a little confusing. I would highly recommend this item. Has the look of a professional kitchen without the cost.

    The big go stores are triple the price for plastic junk. I don't have it hooked up yet so I'll give it a 9/10. But if it works as good as it looks and feels. 10/10 Fast friendly service. Full stainless brushed. Picture doesn't do it justice. Can you tell how happy I am with it? Thanks again!

    Very Satisfied
    My kitchen contractor recommended MR Direct. After shopping both online and brick & mortar retail shops I finally visited the MR Direct site. A bit skeptical I ordered the 766-BN. The faucet was delivered in two days in excellent shape. I installed the faucet myself in less than 30 min. The faucet looks and feels awesome (solid construction/great brush nickel finish). No complaints whatsoever!!

    worth the money
    Bought a sink from MrDirect I am very satisfied with it, so I thought I would buy a faucet. The faucet is worth the money, it is very good quality and I would rate it up there with brands such as Blanco or Moen.

    built like a tank
    There is no question that this faucet is light years better than anything you could get from a big box store. Stainless braided supply lines and no sign of plastic anywhere. You can tell just from the weight of it that you are getting more than your money's worth.
