Love this sink! The color accents our granite countertops very well and the TRUgranite material is awesome. We are extremely pleased with the product and the service at MR Direct.

I ordered the 801-Slate Double Offset Bowl TruGranite Sink with 2 matching drains. Top quality sink and it matches everything perfectly. Great company to do business with. Customer service was outstanding. Shipping was super fast. Ordered sink on a Tuesday and had it on Thursday. I checked around other places including local suppliers and no one could match the price....great value, top quality product for the money. Couldn't be more pleased this transaction and I highly recommend MrDirect to anyone. Will definitely go to them first for future products of this type.

I do have to say I had a difficult time with one employee about doing an exchange because I was confused about the color, but another employee called and was wonderful to me. I received the sink I wanted, but it was cracked. So I called and she actually had one delivered the very next day. It was awesome. I would recommend to my family and friends.

My husband and I visited the show room twice to find the perfect sink for our kitchen remodel. We live in Mi but went to the Toledo showroom. We spoke with representatives that we were redoing a kitchen in our Fl home and needed a sink delivered to our stone fabricator in Florida for the counter top to made. We were told no problem with that. When we went to purchase we were told we had to order online either on their store computer or at home. We decided to do it from home. No one mentioned in person or on the order form that a damaged product had to be returned within 14 days. Because I wanted to be sure my sink was there in plenty of time for counter I ordered earlier rather than later to be sure it reached the fabricator when they needed it. Then we had a delay getting to a Fl which delayed install. When the fabricator for counter top went to install the sink they discovered a corner of sink broken off. The fabricated contacted us immediately with a picture of the sink. Since that was on a Sat and MR Direct is closed on Sat we had to wait until Monday to contact them. On Monday we were told it was past the 14 days. We explained we would like to have a new sink overnighted to replace broken sink and we would pay that extra shipping. We were told we could not return the broken sink and would have to buy a new sink and we would not be reimbursed for broken sink. They said fabricator should have checked box immediately. My husband ask that the representative on phone speak to their supervisor to see in they could help us with this situation. The person returned and said we could not be reimbursed for broken sink. My husband asked for the name of the supervisor and they refused to give that name. As far as the fabricator not checking box, we learned they can receive up to 100 sinks a day coming in and they can’t physically open and check each box. If we had been told their return policy on damaged goods when we were there in person or on their order form we could have insisted our fabricated open our box. M R Direct also said our fabricator could have damaged the sink. Needless to say I am out the price of the sink and I had to scramble to a find a store with the color and size of sink I needed in stock to be able to complete the install. M R Direct said I could return the flange and cutting board but there is a restocking fee. Without the sink I am definitely returning those. We were very disappointed with our treatment by MR Direct and would not recommend. Lee and Bonnie
