Great sink for the investment. Made in Germany, boxed up like Fort Knox. Customer service went out of their way to set me up as a vendor and save me additional $$.

We have been using our TruGranite sink now for 6 weeks. It is spacious; I can put large pans and pots in it. It is easy to clean and I haven't had any built up on the sink as some people have had with other granite sink products. I originally was concerned about it scratching with my pans or that my pans would get damaged, but the sink is very smooth and we have had no issues. When our sink arrived (within 48 hours of ordering), we thought it was scratched in two locations. I immediately called MRDirect and they were amazing to work with. They told me to try a magic eraser sponge to clean the spots. They were right, they were not scratches and the marks came right off. They assured me that if they didn't come off that they would immediately ship me a new product, but they didn't have to. Loved working with the company and the sink has been more than we thought it would be.

Recieved my new sink and it is great. It matches my countertop beautifully. I am also pleased with how quickly it arrived. I highly recommend this company for price and service. Thanks!

I love how deep this sink is and love the color and look of it. It matches our kitchen perfectly! The only issue I have is that after it was installed I noticed the smallest hairline fracture in the divider area between the two bowls. I don't think it will ever be an issue but time will tell.
