Summary
The TruGranite 848-Slate large single bowl undermount sink is made from a granite composite material that is comprised of 80% Quartz and 20% Acrylic. The non-porous finish of our TruGranite sinks gives it anti-bacterial properties. Aside from being anti-bacterial, the 848-Slate is stain and scratch resistant and can resist heat up to 550 degrees. The overall dimensions of the sink are 32 5/8" x 18 3/8" x 9 1/4" and a 33" minimum cabinet size is required. The sink contains a 3 1/2" offset drain and is available in multiple colors. As always, our TruGranite sinks are covered under a limited lifetime warranty for as long as you own the sink.

    I love this sink!
    This sink is wonderful. Slate Color coordinates perfectly with my black impala granite. Installation was fairly straight forward..does take 2 people. Cleans easily.

    Love, love this sink1
    I had this sink in my last house that I built, 2 1/2 years ago and it is by far, the best sink I have ever owned. I loved it so much, I bought another one for our new build. This company has the best price that I have seen. They also have incredible customer support, if the need arises. Back to the sink - the quality is excellent and it is so easy to clean. And you don't have to clean as often as a stainless steel sink. Highly recommend!

    Amazing Sink
    I wasn't sure about this product when I first received it (while still in the box) Now that it is installed and being used, I have to say I absolutely LOVE my new sink! Spacious, cleans easily, and great color...

    Kitchen sink
    It is a nice size sink. It was packed very well and shipped out fast. Luckily for us we couldn't get the color we were going to go with for our countertops. When we opened the box color was grey not the brown tone the internet shows. Hence "slate" but still was surprised by the color. It will still work for us and I look forward to having it in my kitchen !!

    Nice sink but needs install instructions
    Sink arrived on-time and well-packed. Contents included sink, packing list, and hardware. However, there was instruction on how to install or use the included hardware. I have been unable to find such instructions on the Web.

    Excellent Purchase Experience

  • What size Sink Base Cabinet is needed for this sink?
    This sink requires a minimum 33" sink base cabinet.
  • How many strainers do I need to purchase?
    You will need to purchase 1 TruGranite or Basket Strainer. No strainers are included with the purchase of this sink. If you have a garbage disposal, you will need to purchase a TruGranite Flange.
  • Why is there no option for the Standard Strainer?
    Due to the thickness of the sink, the Standard Strainer is not compatible. All of our TruGranite sinks require either a TruGranite Strainer, TruGranite Flange, or a stainless steel Basket Strainer.
  • Can a garbage disposal be installed in this sink?
    Yes. A garbage disposal can be installed in this sink.
