Summary
The 857 butterfly blue granite vessel sink is made from natural granite. The sink is carved from a large block of granite and hand-polished for a smooth, easy to clean finish. This sink has a green-colored base with large deposits of blue and tan throughout. Since granite is a natural stone, the details will vary in color and pattern from sink to sink. A matching stone waterfall faucet is available to correspond with this sink. The overall dimensions for the 857 are 15 3/4" x 15 3/4" x 5 3/4" and an 18" minimum cabinet size is required. As always, our stone sinks are covered under a limited lifetime warranty for as long as you own the sink.

Sink is beautiful at a great price.
We purchased the butterfly blue granite sink for our powder room because we'd wanted to have a wow factor and this sink will do that. It matches perfectly with our black pearl leather idea granite in that room. MR Direct had the best price by quite a bit and delivery was fast. They shipped it in a way that it arrived in perfect condition. We are extremely satisfied.

DIY Vanity
Great Experience with Mr. Direct. I was pricing out vessel sinks and found them to be extraordinarily expensive for anything beyond plain glass / ceramic (and even some of those were up there). I was delighted to find MR. Direct. MY SINK IS GORGEOUS!!! It arrived quickly (less then a week) and without flaw. Being a geologist I was thrilled to be able to afford a natural stone sink. The overall color and appearance is just as it is shown on the website. Up close you can see the individual mineral grains, There's Garnets that blend nicely and give a great contrast. Some of the Feldspars are large and catch the light nicely. I absolutely love it.

A Sink With Subdued Pizzazz!
At first I was mildly disappointed because I thought it was too dark. Once cleaned and with good lighting the different swirls and hues emerge. I am putting in a new bathroom and am planning for light to be directed straight to the sink. I love the colors. Now it is heavy.. and I do mean heavy (50 lbs +/-)... So make sure the sink area (vanity) has lots of support or is large enough to distribute the load. This picture does not do this vessel sink justice!

Great Value
It actually is nicer than it looks. Compares to sinks 3x its cost. There is a splash factor to consider. You cant run water full throttle.

Perfect
Sink arrived quickly and in person fect condition. It looks as good if not better than the picture. Have abandoned other costly extras in my bathroom remodel because this sink on a vintage cherry vanity provides all the elegance my small bathroom needs. Very happy with this product and its delivery, not to mention great price.

Why are stone sinks of the same model not identical to each other in size and finish?Our stone sinks come right from nature and are hand-chiseled and polished by skilled craftsmen. Some color variance will occur, and sizes can vary up to 1/4" in any direction.
