The sink arrived very quickly and was packaged upside down in a cloth mesh surrounded by foam panels and enclosed in a nailed together wooden crate. I could not be happier with the shipping. The sink itself is of outstanding quality and is very beautiful.

We recently ordered this sink from your company. It was shipped very promptly in the most impressive packing I have ever seen! The sink was installed last week and it is wonderful. Quality of workmanship on this sink is great. Although listed as under cabinet mounting, this also worked great as a drop in. Used clear silicone to seal between the lip and counter for a perfect installation.

We received the sink really fast! It was packaged in a wooden crate with a cardboard box around: no way it could be damaged by shipping. The drain accessory could have been in a better place (it was outside the wooden box), but it arrived in good conditions anyway. The sink was as advertised, and my wife loves it ! It has sound deadening pads all around. We have not installed it yet, so we do not assess its functionality.

I ordered this sink, and they delivered within 3 business days. I found that I had not measured well, so I called to inquire about a return. A very polite lady helped me and said although they have a 20% restocking fee, they would waive it if I purchased the replacement from them as well. I thought this was great and ordered my replacement. I will have to advise later how all of this works out, as my replacement arrived today and I shipped the return back today. I will say this. Although they package the copper sink in a wooden crate, they put that inside a cardboard box with some styrofoam. The cardboard box had split most of its staples when they left it on my front porch. In order to ship it back today, I had to pay the UPS store to thoroughly tape and repack it for me. There might be a better outer container than the box I received, as it had no handholes on the outside to help manage it.

I received my sink within just a few days of orderingit. It was packaged in a box, In a crate and surrounded by styrofoam. The sink is beautiful and everything I hoped for! The customer service is fantastic and you get a human voice everytime you call!!! And they are more than helpful in answering all your questions and/or concerns or doubts about ordering a copper sink. Take the plunge like I did and you won't regret it!
