What inspired you to do this bathroom makeover?
I renovated a majority of my home last summer and left the bathroom untouched until now. I didn’t want to completely change it, so I gave the space a much-needed refresh without totally remodeling it.

I set my budget to $350 dollars and ended up only spending $200 (Woohoo!).
Here’s how I did it:
Overall, think about what you have around your home to reuse and replace into your bathroom. Be creative and use leftover paint from previous projects or extra decor pieces that make more sense in your bathroom design. From there, set your list of “wants” by figuring out what you don’t have.
PRO TIP: Try to set your budget at the highest (affordable) amount, and plan each step ahead. Search for the best prices to stay within limits, potentially saving money at the end.

Don’t go overboard with both colors! Pick one as the main color and incorporate the other color through small details. White is my go-to, so it was no surprise that I would use it as my main color. I added pops of black by painting the baseboard and knobs on the vanity, which is a great way to update the room without overspending.
