Who is MR Direct? Well, we get a lot of consumers asking just that. We’re pleased that there is so much interest in our company’s products and services, and so we would like to address the top ten inquiries received by our customer service reps.

Where are your sinks and faucets manufactured?

Our 300-series stainless steel line of sinks is made in the U.S. The bulk of our products are sourced worldwide to our specifications. All production is overseen and certified to meet our highest standards.

What brands do you carry?
We proudly offer only our own brand of MR Direct sinks and faucets.

Is your Customer Service office in the U.S. or overseas?
Our customer service representatives work from our corporate offices in Toledo, Ohio.

Why are your prices so low?
Our products are sold direct to customers, with no “middle man,” therefore prices are maintained at a very affordable level.

How long has MR Direct been in business?
MR Direct has been serving its customers for over 14 years. Our mission has remained the same throughout: to become your one-stop source of high-quality, distinctive products at reasonable prices.

How long will it take to get my sink?
Orders shipped in the U.S. and Canada typically arrive within 1 to 5 business days. Shipments to locations east of the Mississippi require less time than western destinations. Orders from other countries should call for a quote.

What if my sink doesn’t fit?
Returns are accepted within 45 days of receipt of goods. Items must be returned in their original packaging after calling MR Direct for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Customer is responsible for return freight and a 20% re-stocking fee.

Do you give bulk discounts to businesses?
Certain order types may qualify for discounts. Any order over 100 items should call and speak with one of our commercial representatives.

Are all your products warrantied?
Yes. All sinks and faucets have a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Can I buy accessories without buying a sink?
Yes, but not online. You’ll need to call customer service to place an accessory-only order.
