Don't we all love it when orders we’ve placed arrive on time? At MR Direct we appreciate that satisfaction and strive to provide it to customers who order products from us. We're plenty proud of our extensive collections of sinks, but we also like to boast about our very efficient shipping department.

An order delivered with the wrong items, or to a wrong address, or days later than promised can be a major annoyance to a customer. We understand the critical need for prompt, accurate delivery. When an order is placed, the MR Direct team immediately determines the best means of transport for the lowest rates and fastest delivery.

Smaller orders received before 2:00 p.m. EST, and larger freight orders received before 1:00 p.m. will be shipped from our warehouse the day they are placed. Transport times range from one to five days for any order, but we always strive for the lesser. And, on a special note to customers who make volume purchases, a full pallet of the same product will ship absolutely free of charge!
