Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for replacement within 14 days of delivery. Credits / refunds for unwanted products must be issued within 45 days of the original date of purchase and must be in the original packaging, undamaged, and are subject to inspection before a credit / refund will be issued. All returned items will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

General Returns

MR Direct International will accept returns of unwanted sinks within 45 days of the original date of purchase. Prior to return, you must contact MR Direct at (419) 841-1820 to acquire a Return Authorization number. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. The sink must be returned to MR Direct in undamaged, unused condition with original packaging and accessories included. All returned items are subject to inspection before a credit will be issued. All returned items will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
