Damaged or Incorrect Item Return Policy
MR Direct International will replace all damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. Please inspect the sink within this timeline and call (419) 841-1820 to report any damage/error and acquire a Return Authorization Number. Damaged or incorrect sinks or faucets will be replaced at the time the report is made, if the report is filed within 14 days of delivery.

MR Direct International will accept returns of unwanted sinks within 45 days of the original date of purchase. Prior to return, you must contact MR Direct at (419) 841-1820 to acquire a Return Authorization number. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. The sink must be returned to MR Direct in undamaged, unused condition with original packaging and accessories included. All returned items are subject to inspection before a credit will be issued. All returned items will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Returns must be reported within 45 days of the original date of purchase and faucets must be returned to MR Direct in undamaged, unused condition with original packaging and accessories included. *If the faucet has been installed, it cannot be returned. If the faucet is defective, we will first attempt to find an onsite fix by phone or sending replacement parts. If the fix cannot be done on site, we will take back the faucet, fix it and return it at no cost to the customer.
